We love pets here at Brookview Columbus and we accept any size pet as well as big breed dogs. For the safety of our residents we don’t accept violent breed dogs which include Doberman, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier (Pit bulls), German Shepherds, Chow or any mix of these breeds. Non Refundable Pet Fee: 250 for pets under 60lbs and 300 for pets over 60lbs Pet Rent: 25/month for small breed pets under 60lbs and 35/month for big breed over 60lbs.

We’re excited about our Choice fundings progress and affect! We also continue to be actively engaged in implementation of the East Franklinton Creative Community District Plan.
