The Los Feliz Manor became a symbol of quality for the complete community. 1st fitted 1929 as an upscale Art Deco hotel, it was afterward transformed to apartments in the 1950s. Owned by the same family since the 1960s, the building was cared for in a way that few buildings are. Years have been spent restoring architectural details and fixtures to expose the original craftsmanship and quality once practiced. Each of the spacious one bedroom and single apartments are adorned with hand-carved mahogany doors, ten foot open-beamed ceilings and original tile work.
