I been with Jamestowne since 2011 I love my town home and the staff in the rental office are professional I see 1st-hand how some residents may be so nasty to them but they generally treat them with kindness regardless what the situation is. I never ever had an issue with maintenance whenever I put in a ticket it generally handle in a timely fashion. I love my neighbors and my community.
