Lubbock City ordinance prohibits pets from being in the pool regions. Pets aren’t to be left on the patio or balcony unattended at any time. Persons violating these rules or pets receiving more than 3 complaints from Management or another Residents are subject to termination of occupancy rights, however aren’t released from lease liability.
