From National Housing site:
Our hands-on approach to property management produces higher occupancy and lower costs, ensuing in greater asset values. Day-to-day management and maintenance is delegated to on-site Property Managers who have demonstrated specialty in administrative and operational management. Showe Management insists on having their managers, maintenance and cleaning staff live on-site to offer for day and night management, prompt maintenance and to develop a sense of proprietary interest in their workplace. The site managers choose all routine matters, normal operating maintenance things and make emergency decisions. They have an intimate knowledge of the local market and supply the Corporate Office with constant feedback. They’re also accountable for timely rent collection. Strange problems, notice of emergencies and consultations are referred to regional and corporate office staff. Showe Management is proud to have a stable work force with an average length of work for inhabitant managers of over 8 years.

The organizations high caliber product is one reason why their total real estate portfolio has experienced important success. With 75 employees, Mid-Ohio handles property management and maintenance in-house. They also maintain their own sales staff and brokerage. Though Mid-Ohio builds a mixture of buildings, their major concentration now is the multi-family rental market. We’re now constructing many communities in Franklin, Licking, Clark and Muskingum counties with a new project starting in Findlay, Ohio in Hancock County. We’re looking at extending our reach to the western part of the state and aggressively building in the senior housing market says Roney Murphy.
