I totally LOVED living at Tide Mill. The staff was more than useful throughout my application procedure, which was important to me as a 1st-time renter. They were also useful and friendly throughout my time there. Anytime I had a question or a problem, they responded now and properly. They were generally just so friendly and keen to help. After I was not a renter there, the staff was super useful anytime I had to call them in regards to mail being sent there. I just have nothing but great things to say about the staff. The apartments are a great size, the neighborhood is SO calm, and they have a nice little dog park which is a nice touch. LOVE TIDE MILL.

I been with Jamestowne since 2011 I love my town home and the staff in the rental office are professional I see 1st-hand how some residents may be so nasty to them but they generally treat them with kindness regardless what the situation is. I never ever had an issue with maintenance whenever I put in a ticket it generally handle in a timely fashion. I love my neighbors and my community.
