Fielden & Rothermel Properties is a partnership made in 1981. Its function was to use the experience and abilities of the organizers to set up a small professional property management company and to actively engage in the acquisition of multi-family apartment housing and commercial properties. The 1st acquisition of the business was in 1981 and included 58 apartment units. Today, the company has grown to encompass the management of six extra residential properties and two commercial properties. While the places of our properties are generally changing, they’re all still located inside the city limitations of Knoxville, Tennessee. Many of our apartment homes are conveniently located inside blocks of the University of Tennessee campus. We have apartment homes more away and more oriented to the family life style. We have something to offer everyone at a cheap rate.
